FAQ

Is the pattern for emergency evacuation on the Wenshan-Neihu line (Wenhu line) the same as for other MRT lines, with passengers evacuating from the front or rear doors of the train? (E&M Systems)

Passengers evacuate through side doors should an emergency occur. There are no doors at the ends of the cars. Emergency door operating mechanisms on the inside of cars are conspicuously marked with clear operating instructions.
