- Continue the implementation of projects involving civil works and tendering, land acquisition and preparing MRT Join-Development for the Circular line east section.
- Actively accelerate projects involving civil works, tracks, utilities and HVAC systems, as well as design reviews and equipment manufacturing for E&M systems. Implement land appropriation and compensation in locations related to where MRT underground tunnels pass through on the Circular line north section and south section.
- Actively accelerate projects involving civil works, tracks, utilities and HVAC systems, as well as construction acceptances and inspections. Implement equipment installation, integration and stability testing of E&M systems for the Xinyi eastern extension.
- Actively accelerate projects involving civil works, tracks, utilities and HVAC systems. Conduct design reviews, equipment manufacturing, installation and testing of E&M systems for the Wanda line Phase I.
- Conduct projects involving civil works, tracks, utilities and HVAC systems, as well as detail design of E&M systems. Implement land acquisition for MRT facilities for the Wanda line Phase II.
- Coordinate with central government reviews for approval of comprehensive planning of the Minsheng-Xizhi line Taipei City section. Review light rail transit network planning in the districts of Shezi, Shilin and Beitou in accordance with the development of Shezidao.
- Accelerate projects involving investor solicitation for MRT land development, supervise construction of the Taipei Main Station District Parcels C1/D1 (Eastern Part), commission urban renewal projects for two sites of city-owned land (No.623, 3rd subsection, Muzha section, etc.), and administer the sale and lease of all public real estate acquired for MRT land development.
- Conduct reviews for building permit applications, patrol work along Taipei MRT lines in compliance with the Regulations of Building Permit Bans and Restrictions alongside MRT Facilities, and conduct replacement tasks for Rapid Transit Systems in order to ensure the smooth operation of the MRT systems and the safety of MRT facilities.
- Utilize data analysis, maintain quality management systems, and administer inspections of quality planning from contractors. Promote management of material testing and verification as well as supplier quality assessments. Continue developing, sharing and passing on the heritage of MRT-related techniques and knowledge, while streamlining information services through multiple channels in order to support MRT construction, land development and service of Join-Development properties for lease and for sale.
