    "Content": "1.Vision&nbsp;Construct a high-quality and efficient rapid transit system that facilitates easy travel in Taipei.2.Key Results&nbsp;(1)Continually enhance the Taipei MRT network; Actively implement projects under construction; Complete construction and commence operation of the Xinyi eastern extension.&nbsp;(2) Promote urban renewal through MRT land development projects; C1/D1 construction projects to renew the Taipei West Gateway.&nbsp;3.Major Administrative Plans&nbsp;(1)Expand the network, enhance service performance, and safeguard operational safety and quality.&nbsp;A.Remove the construction fences for the Xinyi eastern extension, and the roads will be restored and returned to the public. After completion of the preliminary and final inspections, the line will commence operations. The network length will expand to 153.7 kilometers with 132 stations, enhancing the accessibility of network services.&nbsp;B.Coordinate with central government reviews for approval of comprehensive planning of the Minsheng-Xizhi line Taipei City section (11.02 kilometers with 9 stations), and simultaneously carry out basic civil works and E&M system works to shorten the overall construction schedule.&nbsp;C.Conduct a comprehensive reassessment of the Taipei MRT network, research and evaluate potential development corridors for the next 30 years, including network development in Shezi-Shilin-Beitou-Datong districts, extension of the Xinyi eastern extension to Academia Sinica, north-south corridors along Guangfu road. Continuously review and enhance the efficiency of the Taipei MRT network.&nbsp;D.Continue to conduct reviews for building permit applications, patrol work along Taipei MRT lines in compliance with the regulations of building permit bans and restrictions alongside MRT facilities, and conduct replacement tasks for the rapid transit systems in order to ensure the smooth operation of the MRT systems and the safety of MRT facilities.&nbsp;(2)Actively promote 3 Lines under construction (43.41 kilometers with 37 stations) and utilize management techniques and systems to maintain construction quality.&nbsp;A.Conduct main construction works, land acquisition and preparatory work for land development for the Circular line east section (13.25 kilometers with 10 stations).&nbsp;B.Actively accelerate projects involving civil works, as well as design review, equipment manufacturing, and testing for E&M systems for the Circular line north & south section (20.66 kilometers with 18 stations).&nbsp;C.Actively accelerate projects involving civil works, utilities and HVAC systems, as well as installation and testing of E&M systems for the Wanda line Phase I (9.5 kilometers with 9 stations).&nbsp;D.Utilize data analysis, maintain quality management systems, and administer inspections of quality planning from contractors. The work scope includes civil engineering and architectural work, systemwide E&M facilities, and detailed design of the electric multiple units (EMUs).(4) Expedite construction of the Taichung Metropolitan MRT Wuri-Wenxin-Beitun line, including tendering and construction of the civil engineering and architectural work, as well as tendering and detailed design of the systemwide E&M facilities and electric multiple units (EMUs).(5) Expedite construction of the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Access MRT System's Sanchong-Taipei section.
