In continuation of the Circular line Phase I "Like the clouds’ swift passage, the dragon travels thousands of miles" design theme, connecting the north & south section and the east section. It incorporates environmental features such as river surroundings, natural greenery, cultural education, green park spaces, and industrial technology to create the “Linking Taipei and New Taipei．Active Living Circles” design concept.
