Taipei City DORTS Holds Xinpu Station Land Development Investor Solicitation Explanatory Meeting

Taipei City DORTS in the afternoon of June 25 at 2:30 pm will hold an investment briefing session at the MRT Administrative Building, the Metro Link International Hall (B1, Lane 48, Sec. 2, Zhongshan N. Rd., Zhongshan District, Taipei City) for adjacent land development case investor solicitation of the Banqiao line Xinpu Station (M3). DORTS will give explanations and provide an on-site Q&A regarding base conditions for this development case, development potential, and equity allocation and drafted selection criteria. DORTS sincerely welcomes people from all walks of life to attend.
DORTS stated that the adjacent land of this development case comprises an area of 2,780 square meters, and all of the original private landowners will participate in the land development. After DORTS held a number of landlord briefings and commissioned professional services consultant, Cushman & Wakefield Limited Taiwan, to assist in investor solicitation tasks, they conducted further interviews and collected landlords’ requirements. In accordance with the base location and development conditions of this case, following the integration of landlords’ opinions, initial development concepts were drafted. This investment meeting will be employed to briefly introduce the development and provide potential investors with an understanding of the case in advance.
The basic information of this case is summarized as follows: located in New Taipei City, Banqiao District on the southeast side of the intersection of Section 2, Wenhua Rd. and Juguang Rd. and adjacent to MRT Xinpu Station, the scope of the case includes a total of 17 lots at Subsection 1, No 102-4, Jiangzicui Rd. with a base area of approximately 840.95 pings. Facing Section 2, Wenhua Rd., which is a major road for Banqiao traffic, and with three sides facing the road, the base is complete and easy to plan. The case will be beneficial for businesses in the surrounding area, and with a two-minute-walk to Bannan line, Xinpu Station and a five-minute-walk to the Circular line, Xinpu Minsheng Station, transportation is highly accessible. It is a land site which can be developed with a large area and an excellent location. 
DORTS explained that the Circular line will soon be open for operations, and Xinpu Minsheng Station will connect New Taipei City, Zhonghe and Xinzhuang districts. Furthermore, this development case will have more convenient transportation and is bound to create excellent benefits, and it will become an excellent target for investors to enter the market.
