What land development projects are associated with the MRT? (Joint Development)
Land surrounding MRT stations and maintenance depots is fully utilized by developing real estate assets in line with Article 7 of the Mass Rapid Transit Act. By cooperating with individuals or private organizations, development projects will be implemented at the above-mentioned areas by making good use of landowners' resources and investors' finances under the supervision of relevant government authorities.
